Work Completion

On completion of the work the Acceptor must ensure:

• That all members of his working party are withdrawn and instructed not to continue working.
• Ensure any tools, equipment, etc are removed and any access doors, etc closed. If there are any exceptions they must be noted (this could on the Record of Further Acceptors form).
• Finally he should sign and time/date the safety document in one of the following ways:-
