Safety Documents you may be able to Issue

Personally retained (Single) working party document –

• Document retained by the Acceptor in an approved secure method.
• Additional working teams are ‘absorbed’ into the Acceptors working party provided that the work is included in the work schedule.

Non Personally retained (Multiple) working party document –

• Document is secured in a card safe after initial issue to an authorised Acceptor.
• Additional working parties are signed onto the safety document, provided that the work is included in the work schedule, by use of ROFA form.
• All subsequent issues must be to the same ‘quality’ as the initial issue.
