Issuer - ROSH

When work is to be carried out on Plant and or HV Apparatus, and it is essential to restore supplies for certain work the following requirements shall be complied with;

• Written justification as to why it is unreasonable for the work to be carried out with the Plant and/or Apparatus isolated.
• A Permit (ROSH) shall be issued.

iii) An Approved written procedure specifying the requirements necessary to maintain Safety From the System and prevent injury whilst supplies are restored, shall be provided and observed.
