Issuer - ROSH

When Issuing a Permit ROSH the Issuer has special responsibilities:

• The Issuer must ensure that the Acceptor is Authorised to receive this particular Permit ROSH – Acceptors are authorised for specific ROSH documents, it is not a blanket authorisation as for other Categories of authorisation.
• The Issuer must issue keys necessary for the restoration of Essential supplies necessary for the work to proceed.
• The Issuer must issue the appropriate ROSH procedure.
• The Issuer must ensure that no other Safety Document is in force on the item of Plant or Apparatus on which work is to be carried out under the ROSH.
