On completion of the work the Acceptor must ensure all members of his working party are withdrawn and instructed not to continue working and he shall ensure that all tools, equipment, etc are removed.
There are no exceptions.
Finally the Acceptor will sign the Clearance section on the back of the Document.
When the Permit (Access) has been cleared it should be returned to the Permit Office where it will be cancelled by a Safety Controller.
