You should not Issue a Permit (Access) unless you believe that the Acceptor fully understand its contents.
When the Permit (Access) has been signed by both the Issuer and the Acceptor and has been timed and dated, it shall be handed to the Acceptor.
The arrangements for:- 1. Securing the Permit (Access)
2. Transfer of the Permit (Access)
3. Additional Acceptors.
4. Supervision and Personal Supervision.
5. Requirements for General Safety and what to do in the event of a hazard arising……………...
………..are the same as those detailed for a Permit.
