Issuer - LIVE
When Issuing a Permit LIVE the Issuer has special responsibilities:
- The Issuer must ensure that the Acceptor is Authorised to receive this particular Permit LIVE.
- The Issuer must ensure that no other Safety Document is in force on the item of Apparatus on which work is to be carried out under the Permit LIVE.
