When testing is to be carried out on Plant and/or HV Apparatus, testing supplies may be restored and/or Primary Earths removed when necessary to facilitate such testing and Safety from the System shall be achieved by the application of the following

Additional precautions:-

• the Plant and/or HV Apparatus on which the testing is to take place and the nature of the testing shall be defined on the Permit Test.
• no work other than work of a minor nature essential to the completion of testing may be carried out. Safety from the System shall be maintained during such work.
