The final Acceptor will advise an Issuer who will remove the control (Issuers) lock from the Card Safe and then the Acceptor shall Sign the Clearance section on the back of the Permit having first satisfied himself that:
All other Acceptors have signed their clearances on the Record of Further Acceptors (ROFA).
