This section is where a Permit is surrendered, it is called the Transfer section. It is used to transfer any Single working party document and when it is necessary to surrender a Permit to the Permit Office.
The Permit must be surrendered to an Issuer and any subsequent re-issue must be conducted to the same standard as the initial issue.
When a Permit has been surrendered the Acceptor must have warned members of his working party to stop work and not to restart any work until the Permit has been re-issued.
