This section details precautions which may be varied by the
Acceptor with regard to a Permit ROSH or Permit TEST.
FURTHER PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN DURING THE COURSE OF THE WORK TO AVOID SYSTEM DERIVED HAZARDS
Listed within this section will be details of any precautions that the Acceptor will need to carry out during the work, The Issuer must ensure that the Acceptor understands these requirements. Examples are:-
- The requirement for Personal Supervision.
- Reference to certain documentation i.e.; Work Methods, Location or ROSH, TEST or LIVE Procedures
