Acceptor Authorisation

• Before issuing a Safety Document to an Acceptor – you shall
• Ensure that the Acceptor is authorised to receive that particular type of document
• Permit (Access) and Permit
• Permit (ROSH)
• Permit (TEST)
• Permit (LIVE)

Note: You may not be authorised for Permit (ROSH), (TEST), or (LIVE)

• Ensure that the Acceptor authorisation is in date

If either of the above is not correct you shall not issue the document but refer it to a Safety Controller
